Please make sure your address and country. The items will be return because of your uncertainty address; we will not take responsibility for return and re-deliver shipping cost. Use the EMS express courier service. 5 - 10 working days depending on destination and customs clearance.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

I will gladly accept returns for the items that do not meet buyers expectations within reason. at this time. All items are subject to 20% restocking fee and prior approval. Shipping and Handling fees are not refundable. Returns are only allowed within seven days after item was received.

Refunds will be issued after the item is received and passes inspection. Item has to be in the same condition it was sent, without any modification or alteration. Shipping and Handling fees are not refundable.

Our watches come with 2 years manufacture warranty and life time warranty when puchasing our tourbillon.

Manufacture Warranty Terms :

The warranty is effective from the date of purchase and will last for two years. The warranty will cover for the watch movement only. However the warranty does not cover bracelets, covers, cases, crowns, leather straps and anything that is not used in the movement of watches.
